Migraines & Strokes Migraine And Term Paper

The include checking blood pressure as dietary observance and history. There are also a number of warning signs that should be monitored. 5. Conclusion

While there is no direct and exact correlation between stroke and migraine there are sufficient studies that have been undertaken to show that there is evidence to assume a link between these two ailments, especially among women. Studies have also found that among the many variables, women between 35 and 49 years of age are most vulnerable to migraine-related strokes. While this connection depends on many factors - and is not always true - the realization of this correlation can act as cautionary knowledge that can be used in the treatment of incipient stroke victims.
